PSP3 Design

• Pre Performance testing all groups
• Post Performance testing all groups
• High School program will be given arm evaluation
• High School program will have a tiered approach (Level 1-3) depending on experience level and programmed in App
• Youth program will be programmed in large group setting
• PSP3 in it's 9 years in KC has over 250 college athletes, 11 professional athletes

• Limited number of spots available for the program 
• 20 athlete cap per class 
• Class Times and Days to be determined by enrollment
